Healthy wrap

Blend the chickpeas and the feta into a course paste (or mash with a fork). Finley chop the celery and slice the carrot lengthways (using a vegetable peeler). Coarsely chop the coriander and the red onion. Mix everything with olive oil, lemon juice and chilli flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the bread with the mixture, adding some salad leaves and/or sprouts. If you prefer, also add chicken. Fold into a wrap. Serve with a nutritious drink for a healthy snack!


Makes 2-3 wraps

2-3 slices of Polarbröd Soft Thinbread
1 can (approx. 400 g) of well drained chickpeas
150 g feta cheese
1 celery stalk
1 carrot
2 tbsp fresh coriander
1/2 red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1/2 lemon (approx. 2 tbsp)
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
Salad leaves
Chicken (optional)
