Vegan Colour Bliss


Colourful fusion of sesame-fried vegetables together with the chunki-ness of peanut butter and sunflower seeds. Crispy, delicious and 100% vegan.

The recipe is intended for one Wrapini – it can be multiplied by 10.

PEANUT BUTTER AND SESAME-FRIED VEGETABLES

Method: Stir-fry the vegetables rapidly in sesame oil; they should retain their crispness. Allow the vegetables to cool. Spread peanut butter on the wrap. Arrange the lettuce leaves, vegetables and toasted sunflower seeds over 2/3 of the wrap. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Roll up!

1 Polarbröd Soft Thin Bread
15 g pepper strips
15 g carrot batons
15 g courgette batons
25 g pak choi, cut lengthwise
2-3 small romaine lettuce leaves
35 g peanut butter
8 g toasted sunflower seeds, and sesame oil for frying
