Polarbröd Wheat Round with goat’s cheese and figs

Turn the oven to 250 degrees centigrade. Slice the figs and the cheese and place on top of the bread. Sprinkle with rosemary and drizzle with honey, adding pepper to taste. Grill for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and has some colour. Garnish with rocket leaves.

75 g goat’s cheese (chèvre)
1/2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tbsp honey
Freshly milled black pepper
